Please can someone from support have a look at the 2 links pointing to a screenshot with the shortcode used to display my mp3 folders ?
ps: notice the player is NOT showing up even with the necessary extended paramter. it basically stopped to show from one upgrade to another and I can’t find what’s the reason.

Just found that by changing the playback parameter to “compact” instead of “extended” allow me to finally stream each audio tracks now.
not sure why the extended parameters simply do not render ANY player at all on the same configuration.

Stopped working “from one upgrade to another”? Upgrade of what? WordPress? Theme? File Away?
The extended player uses WordPress’s built-in audio player.
