Extended version is not working fine…

After trying the free version of that plugin, I bought the extended version but I was really disappointed to see that it’s not possible to use “pickup” only. I dont’ need the delivery function. “Pickup” is a radio button so, when customers need delivery without choosing date of delivery, it’s impossible for them to finalize their order because it’s needed to complete the “pickup/delivery” form. Support is really fast but they said to me that I have to pay them because they need to customize the plugin for me. I was really pissed of because support is supposed to be free !
I wasted my money and I used another FREE plugin which is working fine.
