Extending post type

    Hi, I want to add just one field to post types.
    I added “book title” field, but the content does not show up on my posts.
    When I created the field, and added a book title to the field, the book title is not present in the post.
    The only thing I can view are the categories, links, post title, and post content. The extra field I added does not show up.

    Content never automatically shows on the display of posts because the theme hasn’t been modified to display additional content to the front-end.

    Does the field for input show up in the back-end admin?
