Extension: User Location

Hey i use UM and addon from Plusplugin UM Maps.
But they dont have it updated to the newest version and dont support anything.

So i read u make a new extension what makes the same as they off?

So can u tell me when this feature is available?
I mean, maybe few weeks or month?
