    Hello,

I have a problem accessing WooCommerce > Extensions (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=/extensions) submenu. It is visible, but I get 403 Forbidden error, saying: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when I try to open it.

I am admin of the site and “Disable Extensions & My Subscriptions submenus” option is not checked on Disable Bloat’s Woocommerce settings page.

I am using some paid extensions from WooCommerce.com so I need access to this submenu.

    WP version: 6.4.1
    WooCommerce version: 8.2.2
    Disable Bloat version: 3.4.2
    PHP version: 8.1.25 and 8.2.12

Could you please check and release a fix for this.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    You have WooCommerce Admin disabled.

Unfortunately, the Extensions screen relies heavily on WooCommerce Admin. There is probably no easy way to keep WooCommerce Admin disabled and use this screen.

It’s a part of WooCommerce / Automattic’s strategy to use WooCommerce Admin as a required module. There is not much we can do in this matter.

To tell you the truth, the Extensions submenu is nothing more than a place to advertise Woo plugins. There is not much you can do by accessing it, except for managing your subscriptions. The same you can achieve just by visiting My Account at Woo.com: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/

I’m marking this thread as resolved.

It would be great to enable the new admin interface only on pages that require it, which is going to be more of an issue over time.
