Extensive Plugin Problems

Hi

I have purchased the pro version of the WP E-Commerce UK Royal Mail Shipping Module plugin and I have installed and activated it but I have some problems:

1) I have chosen £20 as my price point but when an item is added to the cart with a value over £20 the alternative delivery options do not appear even though they are selected correctly in the settings. I only see the options set for below the price point.

2) If I open the site in Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers and hit the calculate button at checkout, it just empties the cart altogether!

I’ve tried it on a few PCs and it’s the same on all of them.
