Extern Link not work

Files on Server no Problem, but exernal Links doesn´t work.
The Message is then: No file is attached with this package!
The Link comes from my Fritzbox as a free link. It looks something like this:

https://vhfcqrzjaed9et8j.myfritz.net:433/nas/filelink.lua?id=5458001c4dbXXXXX

Why does an external link not work ? Or only from the server ?
