External cron job

    Hi,

    I observed slow behaviuor of my website due to mailpoet plugin. Maybe it’s caused by high number of visitors.

    I tried “MailPoet script” for cron but there’s an increse of processes stopped by my host (TopHost) due too resource requests. Furthermore, I’ve no access to SSH so I’m not able to use Linux cron.

    I’m looking to set up an external cron service like cron-job.org. Is it possible? Which link and which request method I have to use?

    Hi there,

    You could try using the Linux cron option with the external cron service and setting the command to the one shown in your MailPoet admin when you set the linux cron option.

    Which version of MailPoet are you currently using?
