Hi
I am using this plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/upload-to-ftp/
This plugin can upload images to external host but images are show in media library.
Can your plugin convert these images to webp?

Thanks for your message.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Plugin only supports files that are on the same server as WordPress.
