Extra characters in URL breaking the redirection

Hello, I just noticed that my redirections are no longer working, as in between the passed variables it’s duplicating the connection.

So instead of “&” it is inserting “&” which breaks it, only passing the first variable in the content of the page.

(Note: When I paste the URL here in the forum, it’s deleting those & in the URL, but they are present on my site after submitting a form)

Nothing that I know of has changed for this to suddenly break.

I’ve tried removing spaces between the passed variables to ensure only a comma is separating the values, and I’ve tried to simply turn on “Pass all the fields” but neither of those fix the problem.
