    Been seeing an unusual amount of code on the website, which I think may be linked to my trying out Relevanssi. Could you please check if that is the case. And if yes, how does one clean it up?

    Also, will using Relevanssi slow down my website, or will there be a minor change?

    Exactly what extra code are you talking about? I don’t know what is extra on your site and what is supposed to be there. Relevanssi shouldn’t print anything on any of your public-facing pages, and only adds couple of scripts to admin pages.

    Relevanssi shouldn’t slow down the general performance of your site, Relevanssi only affects the search pages. However, in some cases the extra load Relevanssi places on your database server may cause issues; in those cases, you need to use an external search engine.

    Thanks for sharing that. I think then the ‘extra code’ I am talking about must be created by something else.

    Understood the point about the speed factor as well, will try and check performance before and after installation.

    Great plugin by the way, worked wonderfully when I tried it out.
