Extra comment field

Hi,

I’m building a plugin for WordPress, and I need to add a custom field on comments form since my plugin is built to add an image into the comment, so my field “inputImage” should be added before comments field.
Is there any way that my plugin could add dynamically “inputImage” to the comments form?
