Extra decimal place controls

    Extra calculations are not set to 2 decimal places.

    EG. an extra set to 3.57 per day if selected across a 7 day period displays correctly as 24.99
    If it is selected across 9 days it displays £32.129999999999995 as the total charge instead of 32.13
    How can 3.57*9 = £32.129999999999995

    you can test this on my site
    from the calendar select dates that are 9 days
    Then add beach towels

    Beach Towels is set as follows
    Label: Beach Towels
    Regardless of counting days: off
    Regardless of Item count: off
    operations are all plus a value not a percentage.

    Obviously this look very silly to customers.
