how to set Extra field on top of First name

i just wanted that the my Extra field (abc) should come on top of first name and rest after that how can i do that.

Sorry you have to wait for version 4.0 to be able to rearrange fields in any order. It will have an easy drag and drop interface to rearrange any field.
