    Hi all,

    When I view my site on mobile, I get an extra (unnecessary) hamburger menu appear in the upper left corner of my site. Clicking it does nothing but shift the page to the right…I want to get rid of it.

    When viewing on a desktop the hamburger icon that is there also does the same thing. How do I remove this icon?

    Thank you,
    Phil

    It’s meant to do something, but that something is broken. If you look at theme demo page you’ll see it’s presented as a switch icon rather than a hamburger.

    I recommend posting in your theme’s support forum so that the theme author can see the problem: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/galway-lite/#new-post

    If the author does not provide support and there is no community supporting it, I think you should look at another theme that has active support. Your theme is fine now, but _when_ you get into a problem in the future you will need some level of support from someone who knows how the theme works.

    tyvm for the reply. I’ll post in the Galway-Lite forum and if I don’t get a response I’ll switch themes!

    Ugly quick fix but you could add this in to your custom css

    .offcanvas-navigation {display:none;}

    It’s not great and I’ve not tested it, but i’s better than currently
