Extra large space before italicized text

I’m using the Twenty Fifteen theme and on one of my pages– http://www.crossanddot.net/working-with-me/ — there is an extra large space before italicized text. This is in two place in the 2nd bullet in the 2nd set of bullets and appears like this in IE, Firefox, & Chrome, but not on my iphone. There is nothing in the text that explains this. I have italics on the main page — http://www.crossanddot.net/ —- with no such problem. It’s driving me crazy!
