Hi, a great little pugin,but I was wondering if it was possible to allow Administrator and Shop Manager to be able to see the private notes on a User?

As of right now, you’d have to change the capability listed on these two lines.

Something other than “list_users” that a Shop Manager and Administrator have in common.
