This requires advanced knowledge in PHP. Basically you need to modify the function user_ranking() in wcp-reports.class.php file, so that the points obtained in the vote are added to the points obtained in the predictions.

If this is not a big problem please add another option in Configure scoring menu. Like in screenshot below.

At the moment, all points are associated with a match. The ranking is also based on the matchs, usually considering only those initiated before the current time. Thus, it is not possible to add such functionality on this screen, as there would be a valid argument for these points were added to the user (there would be a match with the corresponding valid date that score).
As I said, this modification requires extra score sound knowledge in PHP. It would be necessary to develop something specific to that need.
