Extra slash in path

Hi,

Landed here searching for a solution to a peculiar issue.

Image path has an extra slash ONLY when SVG images are used.

I found that this was reported here earlier as well (8 months ago) – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/svg-srcset-path-showing-with-two-forward-slashes/
