Extremely Inconsistent, No Support

    At first, I thought it was working okay for one of my sites (a little inconsistent but not that big).

    Then it slowly, hour by hour started producing the mobile page on regular computer browsers (Chrome, FireFox, and IE). My requests for support on their forum were ignored.

    They have a paid option, but the inconsistency in the plugin and them ignoring me prevent me from having the confidence in them to take a risk with my money.

    I should have paid attention to the other reviews that said the same thing.

    The problem you are describing is a caching issue, and this is addressed in both the user guide and a sticky post in the support forums. Once you configure your caching plugin, WPtouch will work as expected. We’d ask that you please visit the guides and consider revising your negative review, as this problem is well documented and easy to resolve.
