(1) Who is your hosting provider?
(2) What plugins do you have installed?
(3) Are you using a caching plugin like ‘Quick-Cache’?
(4) What is your websites URL?
1) Register.com
2) Custom Header Images, Customize WP-admin, Image Widget, Mail Subscribe List, Membership, Membership Simplified
3) I had one installed, but got a fatal error message. Had to get memory upgraded via hosting. Removing the plugin actually helped speed it up. Maybe there is a better one. I don’t remember what it was called.
4) burtgoldmanlive.com
The caching plugin was called “W3 Total Cache”
Thanks for the information. I’d recommend installing the Quick-Cache plugin. It’s very light and works great. If you are still having speed issues I’d recommend looking into a higher quality WordPress hosting provider.
I will give it a try. Any other recommendations?
I’ve tried testing the site here as well…

It gives more stats. Anything stand out to you there?
Anything you see is much appreciated.
Honestly at your speeds it really comes down to your hosting provider. [moderated]

@songdogtech — I never shared any specific information related to my services on this forum for this reason.
Edit: Also, on the link you provided there’s no mentioning of what you said — I just assume this b/c it’s good practice. Perhaps that can be revised next weekend at WCSF Contributor Day.
