Very happy with LuckyWP Table of Contents.

First of all, the plugin does it job well: it lets visitors find at the top of the page what is covered in the text below so, if need be, they can go straight to the specific segment they’re looking for.

Indirectly, “Table of Contents” also helps our contributors to figure out how to best phrase <h> tags: how concise they should be, what should be included in them, how they should be phrased.

Again, an extremely useful plugin.
