The problem isn’t really the icon.
The icons use font-awesome which can be found at the url address https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.4.0/css/font-awesome.min.css.
This theme uses a third party url to load font-awesome which is
http://protocolos.mdsinsure.com/testetema/wp-content/themes/guardian/css/font-awesome/css/font-awesome.css?ver=4.3.1
some hosting companies block third party scripts to prevent cross-site hacking. You might want to talk to your hosting company and see if they can fix the problem.
If not you can create a child theme and unenqueue font-awesome and enqueue it back using the first url.
