    The button should appear after the first post save. If not, please describe the issue in detail.

    …or, if it’s possible, can You give me temporary access to WP Admin Panel of Your site? It’s more faster way to localize and resolve Your problem.

    It’s what you said. The post/page must be published before the button appears.
