    Hi,

    Can you double check if the backup you are trying to restore is still available?
    Alternatively, you can download the backups and upload them in the “backup/restore” tab.

    Hi,

    Are you able to download the backups directly from your remote storage? If yes, then please do the alternative options which is to upload the backups to the “backup/restore” tab.
