Facebook Access Level Needed?

    Hi, I am creating a page for a partner and would like to include both theirs and our Facebook feed. What kind of access level/FB page role do I need on their site in order to connect? And does my access to their FB page need to stay intact after setting up the connection for the plugin to continue to work? Thanks a lot!

    Hi there,

    You must be the admin of the other page to display feeds of that page on your website.

    Once they make you admin of the page. Please go to Easy Social Feed -> Facebook -> Clear cache to delete all caches. Now go to Easy Social Feed -> Facebook -> click on the trash icon to remove the existing connection and then connect the plugin with your account again. On the authentication screen in Facebook.com PopUp you will be asked to select the page(s) from which you want to display the feed from.

    Alternately, if you up-grade to the prem-ium plan, then you don’t need to do all this. Because in the prem-ium plan you have the feature to display feed from any page even if you are not admin, owner or not associated with that page.
