    Hi @27degreesmediaanalytics ,

I was able to confirm the issue on your site, although it does not seem to be completely consistent.
Are there are any customizations (such as custom code and/or templates) changing WooCommerce default cart/checkout behaviour?

If so, try please disabling/removing them temporarily and then re-test the events with the Meta Pixel helper extension or via the Events Manager.

Looking forward to hearing back from you,
    Marija

Please let me know if you need anything to assist us in fixing it.

    Hi @27degreesmediaanalytics ,

Can you try quickly switching to one of the core themes (such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One), clearing the cache, and re-testing the events?

    Kind regards,

@marijastuntcoders Web Developer advised changing theme will make website offline . so we cannot do that as same theme we using in another website and that is working well.

Also have downgraded plugin version to 3.4.6 .

Are their any other solution to fix this,

    Regards,

    Hem

    Hi @27degreesmediaanalytics ,

Can you try updating the plugin to the latest version and re-testing the events? Also, can you ask your developer if the cart and checkout templates/flows are customized in any way?

    Kind regards,
    Marija

@marijastuntcoders We have implemented reconnection on new version of plugin and except purchase event other events are working correctly.

Post purchase page which has page url contains /order-received/ loads purchase event is not firing until April 2025 it was working.

confirming we haven’t customized cart or purchase page.

Please let me know if you need anything.

    Hi Hem,

Happy to hear that reconnecting helped!

Regarding the Purchase event, we are aware of the issue and are working on a fix, we will let you know once update addressing is available.

Now that the rest of the events are working, you can try reverting back to version 3.4.6 again, by downloading it from the bottom of the Advanced page and uploading it to your site via the Plugins page.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

    Hi @27degreesmediaanalytics ,

An update addressing the purchase event issue has been released. Please update the plugin to the latest version, delete the connection from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Facebook: Reset connection settings, and reconnect to your page.

    Kind regards,
    Marija
