We are experiencing this new issue that for Add To Cart that we are not seeing results associated to any campaigns. Also showing incorrect value. In GA4 its recording correctly.
And Purchase event is firing after clicking on Inititate checkout.
I was able to confirm the issue on your site, although it does not seem to be completely consistent. Are there are any customizations (such as custom code and/or templates) changing WooCommerce default cart/checkout behaviour?
If so, try please disabling/removing them temporarily and then re-test the events with the Meta Pixel helper extension or via the Events Manager.
hi @marijastuntcoders , We disabled as you suggested and still seeing Purchase event firing after we initate checkout. Have added this below. In Meta events helper we are not seeing Purchase event but its firing and pushing it to Meta events manager
Please let me know if you need anything to assist us in fixing it.
Just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, please try quickly switching to a core theme (for example Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One), clear the cache, and re-test events.
@marijastuntcoders Web Developer advised changing theme will make website offline . so we cannot do that as same theme we using in another website and that is working well.
Can you try updating the plugin to the latest version and re-testing the events? Also, can you ask your developer if the cart and checkout templates/flows are customized in any way?

Regarding the Purchase event, we are aware of the issue and are working on a fix, we will let you know once update addressing is available.
Now that the rest of the events are working, you can try reverting back to version 3.4.6 again, by downloading it from the bottom of the Advanced page and uploading it to your site via the Plugins page.
An update addressing the purchase event issue has been released. Please update the plugin to the latest version, delete the connection from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Facebook: Reset connection settings, and reconnect to your page.
