    Hello there,

    I have a problem again with Facebook and instagram can’t seem to connent with my
    account in facebook.

    Error: Cannot call API for app 1123168491105924 on behalf of user 5337269889638151
    Type: OAuthException
    Code: 200 **NOTE** This error is only shown to logged in Admins of this WordPress install

    When i try to Login and get my Access Token from facebook it show a screen with that message:
    Unregulated application
    This application is still in development and you do not have access. Log in as a registered trial user or request the appropriate permissions from an application administrator.

    And it have a button below that say ok i click it and it shows this error:

    You must approve our SlickRemix app or click the continue button on Facebook to get a new access token. Please try again or contact [email protected] for more help. You must include screenshots or a screencast of the process you are taking otherwise we cannot troubleshoot properly. If you are using the Custom Facebook Feed by Smashballoon.com please contact them for support.

    Please help i don’t know what to do.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    At the moment, we are experiencing an issue with our Facebook connection, which is affecting both the Facebook and Instagram feeds.
    We have reached out to Facebook (Meta) and are working on a solution. We hope to have this issue resolved, and have all affected feeds back up within the next 24-48 hours.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted as soon as it is back up!

    Hi Slickremix, I have the same issue on my end with all our website albums. Is there something I need to do to fix this or do I just have to wait?

    Yeah this problem is universal i installed another plugin that has the same functionality and they have the same problem. I am waiting patiently to get this problem fixed..

    Good news, we are one step closer to having this issue resolved. Hopefully by the end of day today or sooner. We’ll keep you posted. Thanks for everyones patience here though, you guys are awesome!

    Hi @k0b32010 @gdsilva,

    We very much appreciate your patience. The Facebook and Instagram connections have been restored.

    Please make sure you are running the latest free version of the Feed Them Social plugin, currently 2.9.8.4.

    You may need to reacquire a new Facebook and/or Instagram access token, create a new shortcode and replace your old shortcode.
