Recent Facebook Posts has stopped working and I cannot get connected to the facebook api. I do not receive an error message and it seems the admin page just refreshes. I have properly configured my app, secret code and face book id. I noticed that there is nothing in the cache folder. Could this be a permissions issue?

I keep on having the same problem (it has worked fine before). And unfortunately no response receievd yet. So I really would appreciate it if and when someone has a solution.
FYI: I have de- and reinstalled the plugin, have the proper keys, and performed all other steps again.
