Facebook app in development mode

    Hi

    Facebook app is in development mode and it still ask for submit for review. I also tried with adding developer account and logged in using that account but still error showing > https://prnt.sc/mox1TXCHb5BU so could you please let me know from where I can change the permission so it only access standard data which work without any app approval so I can test the flow. I know for profile and email I need to submit app for approval ? so is there any way just access minimal data without approval ?

    Hi,

    See step 20 here. You can add users in the App roles > Roles section who can use Facebook login before Facebook approves your request. Facebook account used to create the Facebook app can also be used for Facebook login in the meantime.

    Yes app roles already added up & I tried with both the accounts admin and as well developer but same issue > https://prnt.sc/QNx8cLKekV8W if you can please share your email address so you can test and maybe there is some issue how it’s handling ?

    2) Also To make app live we need User data deletion url > https://prnt.sc/EQIA2gY1eyjw so could you please let me know is there any url provided by plugin so if user wants they can send request to delete the data ?

    1) What happens when you click Continue as… button in the dialogue shown in the first screenshot? It should be logging you in if you are admin or developer of the Facebook app.

    2) See step 13 here. It says – Select Data Deletion Instructions URL in the User Data Deletion option and specify the same privacy  policy URL in the option right below it. In the privacy policy of your website you can specify how your website visitors can get their data deleted as mentioned at the link https://support.heateor.com/gdpr-and-our-plugins/

    1) After click on continue button this popup showing > https://prnt.sc/Q9nrP_XB5R_- I tried to add email as well through which I just logged in but nothing happen it always says “user already exist”

    Plugin asks for email address when a social network doesn’t provide email address along with other profile data (name etc). If you specify an email address that is already owned by a user at your website, it will not accept it and will show the message you are getting. So, you have to specify an email address that is not already registered at your website.

    You can Enable email verification in the Advanced Configuration section at the Super Socializer > Social Login section for the users to verify the emails they save before they could login via Social Login.
