Ok i checked and the problem is you are trying to import comments from PICTURE posts and that is a PRO feature only.
Free version supports only imports from direct link posts.

I have a problem with facebook comment import : I have a red message on Connected Column Not Avaible.
I don’t know why and how can I connect my page with my blog T tough it’s already connecte. I already get my APP ID and APP Secret code. But I can’t import my comments.
How can I fix this ? thank you
