Facebook "Comments" App Not Working?

Hello! We’ve installed the facebook comments plugin with the necessary app id and secret id, but there’s no comment feature showing up, and the “like” button shows up but simply says “error” if you actually try to click on it. I am wondering if there are additional steps that need taking, or if there’s something in particular about the Yoko theme that needs adjusting. The website is currently not set to be picked up by search engines…not sure if that is a factor?

Has anyone else been having similar problems with the FB comments app? Any solutions?
