Facebook comments count in wordpress

Hi, excuse me for my english.
I’d like insert the number of facebook comments in wordpress database.
Is it possibile ?
For example a post has 4 comments with facebook, but the count of comments post in wordpress is 0.
Can i syncronize it ?
