Facebook comments dopey error message

Don’t know if you care anymore since you haven’t responded on here in a month, but when someone enters a Facebook comment on my site (http://www.tucsontaxitales.com) the comment box reads “Posting as (change)” even if they are already logged into Facebook and if they submit a comment without selecting from the “Posting as” dropdown, the error message “Something went wrong. We’re working on getting it fixed as soon as we can” appears.

Is there anyway to A) make the error message say something like “Please select from the ‘Posting as’ dropdown or log into Facebook.” and B) force “Posting as” to already have their Facebook name selected if they are already logged in to Facebook?

Also, sometime during the last couple weeks all the Facebook comments I already had on the site disappeared. Is this the Facebook development team screwing things up again or a problem with the plugin?
