Unfortunately current gallery lightbox don’t support comments, but in close future we have plans to add new lightboxes with more advanced functionality. One of the feature will be more advanced social sharing options and integrations with facebook comments and Instagram comments.
Today we’ll have new gallery release version 2.0 with absolutely new functionality and structure. We’ll have much ore new features, themes, slider front end view with super host animation effects: slide, 3d cube effect, fade and much more.

Is it possible to add custom lightbox into gallery where possible to show additional external content. I need to export comments from the facebook gallery and insert it as comments to my local gallery images.
