Hi,

Hoping you can help please.

I installed your plugin to our blog for SOAS University of London last week hoping it would allow our Facebook comments from the past to display on our blog posts, but so far nothing. It doesn’t seemed to have automatically transferred the comments over. All I can see is the box itself.

I set up an APP ID, not sure if I had made a mistake with that perhaps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think my APP ID has been linked to my personal facebook account rather than our business facebook account.

Hi dear user.

Check it again, but as we know Facebook doesn’t show the old comments from the Facebook page on the blog and it comes from their Api.

I have a similar issue, the plugin is not showing all the comments (which I can see on the facebook moderation tool)
