    Hi,
    I’m pretty new to this plugin and am trying to display the number of Facebook likes our page has on our website. It doesnt seem to be showing in either the top or bottom of the page.
    Can anyone help

    Thanks Dan – what did you select/enter exactly for the Facebook icon under question 5?

    Hi appreciate the quick reply. I chose the “retrieve number of likes from facebook page” and then provided the facebook id.

    Ok, it could be due to the reason we mention in the plugin, that the API limit is reached for today. Could you please check tomorrow if the counts have been retrieved?

    What’s the Facebook page you want to get the counts for? Do you know how many likes it has?
