Facebook Embed doesn't work anymore

Hello, I’m using your plugin, it worked in the past, but now the facebook video embedding doesn’t work anymore.

Just try with this video code: 391859327579045

I think that the embed url is wrong.

Instead of:
http://www.facebook.com/v/391859327579045
It should be:
http://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id=391859327579045
