    Hey Guys,

I bought your premium plugin and got an issue. I designed a feed for Facebook and my description field is passed over to Facebook in plain html. So in Facebook store I can see plain html like this:

    <h2>TITEL</h2><p>and so on … </p>.

For Google it works perfect, on Facebook it looks like a mess. What can I do to fix this?

    Beste Regards,
    iRomeK

    Hello @iromek ,

Can you please try changing the Description sanitization value as the Strip Tags?

Let me know if this works.

    Thank you.

Hello and so sorry for late replay. Didn’t get any notification and was wondering why it takes that long. So sorry.

How can I change this? I read about it at your documentary but the interface layout changed.

Thank you so much and sorry again.

    Hello @iromek ,

To change the Description sanitization value as Strip Tags, follow this image:
    https://prnt.sc/13mecpv

Just click on the relevant Output Sanitization dropdown for the Product Description and select Strip Tags.

Generate/ update your feed and check the feed.

Let me know if it’s working.

    Thank you.

    Hey,

I really can’t find these settings. To me it looks like this:

Can you tell me how to handle it? I might use a newer version. The are the only option I have.

    Thank you very much,

    Hello @iromek ,

Is this (https://ibb.co/p1dzJxP) a screenshot from the plugin you are using?

If so, then I’m afraid that you are providing a screenshot of a different plugin, not ours.

Here’s our plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/best-woocommerce-feed/ – and you will find it under the name Product Feed Manager on your plugin page.

    From WordPress Dashboard: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/8873392?key=b7dbbf8b77b452937f167a1c6f98324e

And while using our plugin, you will get the option to change the Description Sanitization value as Strip Tags, follow this image: https://prnt.sc/13mecpv

Also, Here’s a video that you can follow to learn How To Generate WooCommerce Product Feed For Facebook Catalog: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9ZdhNm5r34

Let me know if you face any issues.

    Thank you.
