Hi @johnickz
Thank you for reaching out!
As a first step, can you please share your website’s System Status Report?
You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you!
Hi @johnickz
It may or may not help you or maybe you already tried it, but I had the exact same problem (as per your description) and it got solved by selecting this option on the plugin’s config page:
Experimental! Enable new style feed generation Use new, memory improved, feed generation process.
Experimental feature. Only enable this if you are experiencing problems with feed generation. This is an experimental feature in testing phase.
Best regards,
Same issue experienced here recently, the same experimental feature doesn’t work for me! There’s doesn’t seem anyway to flush and refresh the data on the plugin as well, not sure if disabling and re-enabling the plugin works.
Hello @silverelf84 ,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re still facing the problem.
You can reset/delete your Facebook product data using the code from this page: Facebook for WooCommerce: Delete or Reset all Facebook Products
You can also try to Uninstall Plugin and Remove WooCommerce Facebook App
I’m going to mark this thread as resolved as the main requester is no longer responding so I believe they were able to fix the problem.
You can open a new thread with your case so that we can investigate further.
Thank you 🙂
