    Hello,

I want to use the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin to connect my products to the Facebook Shop and Catalog. However, when I install the plugin, it automatically includes the Facebook Pixel with the “PageView” event.

My entire setup is managed through Google Tag Manager, and I don’t want the Pixel to fire twice, since GTM is already handling the PageView and all other events.

Is there a way to disable the Pixel inside the plugin, or is that not possible?

    Thank you!

Hi there, the plugin’s event tracking is a fixed feature — there is no option to disable it.

If the only goal is to sync products to the Catalog in Meta Business Suite, then another plugin could be a better option. Alternatively, you could switch to tracking events using the plugin (unless your setup in GTM has custom tracking as well).

    Best,
    Marko
