Will a paid version of Jetpack allow me to post to a Facebook page AND 13 groups simultaneously?
Also, when i update a post will it allow me to re-push to Facebook on all 14 areas?

Jetpack doesn’t allow you to publish to multiple pages from a single account. However, you can add a new connection to a different Facebook account from within the same Jetpack connection. In other words, one site can connect to many Facebook accounts but one site can only connect to one Facebook page.
You can see more on this here:
https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#multiple-pages
At this point the paid version of Jetpack does not offer more functionality in Publicize than the free version does.
So a post that was published to Facebook when posted can only do so 1 time? If the post is updated it will never allow you to push it to Facebook again? What is stopping the processing?
There is no possible way to post to Facebook groups?
Just want to insure you know I am reffering to groups not pages.
Publicize only allows sharing your posts to Facebook pages; however, it’s not possible to share posts to groups from there. I’d suggest sharing the post manually for that or using a solution like IFTTT:

so you missed a question. When i create a post it will push to facebook. When i update the same post it will not send to facebook again. Why?
The reason I am looking for a plugin to auto post to groups is because of this:
The American Legion has program chairmen/committeemen who are contributors to a wordpress website. When the person posts in the web page, it goes to the Facebook page auto. But its a link to the webpage and we like that method so that the content is stored on our servers.Should we need to pull down a post we can go it on our webpage. When this happens there are emails that are triggering daily, weekly, and monthly from wordpress to bring email followers back to the post on the page. At lower levels the Legion uses groups and when content is shared on the webpage and pushed to Facebook “page”, my team uses convosight which will take the same webpage url, featured image, and title and post it into many (over a hundred) groups without having to go to them one by one, or facebook’s way of 3 or 4 at a time. If there were a tool that would share in all my groups at the same time this would reduce a step so that the contributors post goes to all areas at once, because if they are trusted on the website and facebook page, why not the groups too.
I am ops driven from my time of running an Army Cyber Center and try to create simplified processes for all things I can. I have tried to reach out to convosight about creating a wordpress plugin, but havent been able to hear anything, so I was also making sure something else wasn’t available to do this. Convosight required an app installed into each group that would allow it to post in that group, and on the UI side the user must be an admin in each group when connecting the groups by facebook login. There should be no reason a plugin couldn’t be created given the proper access to the code with convosight.
As far as updating posts, I currently have to have the contributor copy the post to a new post, delete the old post, change the url to match the old post, and once published as a new post it will go to Facebook again… steps that should not be required.
I cant be the only one willing to pay for these features.
Hello, there.
Generally, updating a WordPress post acts like an edit rather than publishing content. Because of that, an update or edit does not trigger any features that attach to publishing posts.
There is an option to re-share already posted content in Jetpack in a timed manner, but only with our Security or Complete plans. You can read more about this under the “Re-sharing your content” section here:

I definitely understand the need to send out items to more than one group at as time, automatically to be efficient. There used to be a lot of tools for doing so back when Facebook and Twitter were only a few years in, but they make doing so in modern times difficult with their API changes and limitations. I hope you’re able to find a solution that works better for you as far as groups go!
