Facebook icon missing

Hi, the plugin was working well for ages but now it won’t display the FB icon. We have tried a different theme and deactivated the plugins but neither helped. We have also checked the debug file but nothing is showing. Please can you help?

The popup appears on the home page and is meant to show a purple box with the words ‘Follow our journey’ and underneath the words we need the FB icon
