Here the steps
1. Download a free translational tool PoEdit from here and install it in your system.
2. Go to plugin “lang” directory. Rename both file.
wl_facebook-language_extension_here.po
wl_facebook-language_extension_here.mo
To
wl_facebook-pl_PL.po
wl_facebook-pl_PL.mo
3. Now open “wl_facebook-pl_PL.po” file into POEdit tool.
4. Follow the screenshot.

ekhm… As i say – i translate Your plugin. But Facebook plugin is still english(not polish)

on other plugin that i use is normaly translatabe to polish:

Ty i 797 innych osób lubicie”
