Facebook Like Partially Hidden

When I use the facebook like button, a popup window comes up with a place to add a comment. This box is partially hidden behind a picture or comments (depending on which location is selected – top or bottom of posts). Is there any way of making this popup window appear above the pictures / comments? Everything behind the window should not be functioning and the facebook like window needs to be fully functioning. Can you help?
