    Hi there,

    Does this plugin support Facebook Login (using WordPress plugin “Nextend Social Login”) ?
    When a user tries to log in to WordPress using the Facebook login, an error occurs:

    “Your registered username on our forum contain characters that are not allowed on this CMS system, or your username is too long (max 49 chars allowed)”

    The user doesn’t have a strange Facebook name, username, or other.

    Any ideas?

    Ok, i just tested it, and it is working fine.
    Into a normal wordpress. And for my user maybe.
    Are you into a multisite?
    Because normally the message you get is about usernames that are not allowed into a multisite installation.

    You can test that it is working fine here into this online example:
    https://www.axew3.com/www/wordpress-rc/wp-login.php
    try it please with the account you say

    if multisite allowed only letters and numbers (and no spaces) 0-9A-Za-z
    if not multisite, normal wp the range should be -0-9A-Za-z _.@

    strange, which facebook username name/surname you try to login with (also facebook allow only certain characters, so it is very strange..
    It should be supposed that may the plugin cleanup the username coming from Facebook, but the integration plugin found unwanted chars?

    Hello!

    I just tried the link for your test site and it looks like your Facebook App is no longer active:

    “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.”

    My website is not a multi-site. WordPress and phpBB3 are on the same server. My Facebook name is a normal name, only letters and a space, no numbers, no symbols.

    I’ll will go back and try again. Thank you so much for your support!!
