Facebook login Error

When i try to login or signup with Facebook having this issue “Hybridauth config does not exist on the given path.” with latest version 3.0.3 of your plugin
Please help me its very urgent.

After the Facebook Login redirect, I only see a blank page with: “Hybridauth config does not exist on the given path.”
The redirect domain looks fine: https://DOMAIN/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-social-login/hybridauth/callbacks/facebook.php?code=CODE

I use WSL Version 3.0.4 and url link facebook button is https://DOMAIN/log-in/?action=wordpress_social_authenticate&mode=login&provider=Facebook&redirect_to=https://DOMAIN/dashboard/&redirect_to_provider=true
The result is:
1) When I login or signup with Facebook first time, page show a blank page and show text “Hybridauth config does not exist on the given path.”
2) After step 1, I try to login with Facebook second time, The result was login success and redirect to correct page.
3) When I change device or clear cache of browser, It always return to step 1 (First login fail, Second login success).How to solve this problem?
