I found the problem on login with Facebook. The error is shown below,

Create an info.php file in public_html or in the main folder of your site, and put this code into the file
<? phpinfo(); ?>then go to the http://www.yoursite.com/info.php
Search the line data.timezone Or use the key combinați ctrl + f and search.
See if it’s null or not.
