Facebook not registering pixel

Hi I’ve installed pixel caffine and connected it to my ad account and pixel. I’ve installed the chrome pixel helper but it shows that no pixels are installed also facebook is not registering the pixel. I’ve cleared my cache, tried connecting another ad account and another pixel and this also didn’t work there are no errors showing but its not reading it. I’ve also tried uninstalling various plugins and this also did not work. Any ideas on whats happening? The weird thing is that if I view the source code it shows the pixel code.

I’m using cloud flare, wp optimize and autoptimize as well as all in on WP security. I’ve tried to disable all of these and it is still not working. Any help would be much appreciated.
