Script on submit not working

I am using FormCraft 3.2.18

I have seen this post

and I am trying to include a facebook pixel script on the message received area (like in the post above) but then when completing the form and pressing the submit button, the cog constantly spins and the ‘Message Received’ message doesn’t appear, however the email notification comes through.

So I also looked at forwarding the user to a new page, once they hit sumbit. However, I couldn’t find the conditional logic condition to do this
